The GoPro HERO13 Black features two significant updates to its body design and functionality:

In terms of stabilization, the HERO13 Black is more advanced. However, if you’re not filming intense action scenes, the HyperSmooth 4.0 on the HERO10 Black is still highly capable.

The HERO13 Black, like the HERO12 Black, supports professional-level features, such as "timecode-based wireless synchronization" for multiple HERO cameras, 10-bit color video for richer expression, and wireless voice control.
These features are absent in the HERO10 Black. Therefore, if you need these advanced functionalities, the HERO13 Black is the better choice.
